METRI IT & Sourcing Lifecycle
METRI’s IT & Sourcing Lifecycle is based on an accumulated history of fact-based information that forms the core of our services.
The four phases – Plan, Build, Run and Optimize – create an ecosystem within which METRI helps you tackle your strategic sourcing issues, i.e. decision-making, implementation, evaluation and adjustment.
Attention needs to be paid to the IT organization and to the way in which this is governed – before, during and after sourcing. This involves aligning the IT organization’s service processes, job titles, roles and responsibilities to the newly implemented sourcing situation.
In the Plan phase, we develop strategies and business cases that help structure the business and achieve IT objectives to the fullest extent possible.
In the Build phase, we convert these strategies into selected solutions, e.g. supplier selection and cost management.
In the Run phase, we implement these solutions.
In the Optimize phase, we evaluate the existing IT structure and the relations with suppliers and internal customers, e.g. service levels, costs, control, etc., in search of areas for improvement.
